After the goods leave the factory, the after-sales service department immediately conducts a comprehensive follow-up survey of logistics, use feedback, and customer satisfaction. Service Process

The customer communicates with the technical service department and puts forward specific requirements for the performance of the flame retardant product.

The technical service center conducts a feasibility assessment and, if feasible, asks the customer for its raw material ratio and the type of material used.

After the technical service center analyzes according to the specific situation, it clarifies the R & D cycle of the product.

Provide customers with samples for verification testing within the committed R & D cycle.

After the sample passes the test, it is submitted to the production department for industrial production, and a small batch of products is provided for customer trials.

After the customer's pilot test is qualified, the technical standards for the product are formulated for batch supply.

If the sample test fails, the two parties can further communicate and the technical service center will continue to improve the product until it meets the requirements.
